Payroll Processing

Palm Springs Payroll processes payroll using your current payroll system, be it ADP, Gusto, Paychex, Payentry, Paylocity, Rippling, Trinet, etc. I don't require you to switch payroll systems in order to partner with me, although I can assist with switching providers if that's something your want. Additionally, I will work closely with your 401k/403b provider, benefits broker, and other business partners to manage all things related to payroll.  

I begin our relationship by learning and following your current payroll processes. I believe in "continuous improvement" in everything I do. I will make recommendations (never demands) for improving your current processes to ensure the accuracy and compliance of every payroll processed. I will document and share all processes to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

I don't work in a bubble - as mentioned, I am a partner. I will require a review and approval of the payroll register by you or your designee before any payroll is submitted. I download and save all payroll reports, wage statements, and tax filings to our secure file server, and to yours, if requested.
