On/Off Boarding Employees

Onboarding and off-boarding employees are important functions and getting them right is very important. 

 

Onboarding new employees is the opportunity an employer has to make a great first impression. There are also legal requirements that must be met to ensure compliance with various laws (aka paperwork).

Off-boarding is as equally important. A former employee who is paid timely and accurately on their final day, treated with respect, and is provided information regarding their rights, is more likely to talk-up a former employee. As with onboarding, there are legal requirements that must be met when an employee separates from a company.
